what pchem can do to a person

i'm sure you must have felt completely lost in a class before.
because i am right now.
ain't a clue what the professor's yakking away,
everyday 8 in the morning.
i wonder why i drag myself out of bed so early,
just to listen to a lecture which i know at the end of it, i register nothing.
i try very hard to follow,
but more often than not,
my mind lapse into a reverie.
i think i've put in more effort studying for this exam than the last,
even though i totally abhor, hate, detest that subject,
but have come to conclude that putting in that extra effort and hours studying wouldn't make much of a difference to the outcome.
i'll still feel like shit after the exam.
and if there's anything to make myself feel a tad better,
others feel like shit too after the exam (at least that's what they claim)
now, the worst thing about this class,
is not so much of waking up early and wasting time listening to lectures that more often than not confuses me,
is not about getting a bad grade,
but how it can actually make me question my intellect.

argh... P CHEM!!!
