happy birthday jie

HAPPY BIRTHDAY JIE!!

May the Lord God continue to bless you abundantly in all that you do and likewise, may you never lose hope and faith in our everlasting Provider. I truly thank God for a great sis like you! Sorry for putting up with my nonsense the past 21 years, haha, and now I've dragged you to the States to "suffer" with me. You know what? Your presence here really means alot to me and I'm gonna miss ya lots when you return to the arms of Pa and Ma on Sunday... *sobz*

Been looking around for a decent cake lately, but I haven't seen a nice one... anyway, why would you need a cake when you have me around?? hahaha

ok, for you guys out there. this was what i've been up to lately...

HOUSE MOVING!!!

boy, lugging the baggage around the campus, from one end to another sure was a pretty interesting experience. they are sooooooo heavy, and dear mr songyu has had so many luggage!! Of course, we did invite stares from the angmohs but it was fun pushing the luggage along the streets and sing along to popular Chinese Pop.

then there was class registering yesterday. I will be coping with 16 credits this semester (max 18 credits), and the modules I'll be taking are Advanced Calculus (after which i'll say goodbye to math), Applied Econs (huh?), English (for comms requirement) and Philosophy 101 (OMG, just how much readings do I have to do for that).... I'm actually not very confident taking the Philosophy mod since I know my command of language isn't that strong. Oh well...

So Jie and I spent our entire night unpacking stuff from the luggage at my new home and wiping clean the cabinets, table and floors. We were dying of extreme thirst (thanks, once again to mr songyu's added-extra-salt spaghetti which we all add to force down our throats for dinner,LoL) while we were cleaning up the whole place. Anyway, the room is all set just that my roommate has yet to make his GRAND appearance.... wonder who that mystery person is...

hope all of you are doing well in Singapore!!! You are in my prayers.

cheers,
dash
