seattle part 2: "a maze in" pike
hello kalabbers...
yup, lots and lots and lots of tulips deb.... Ok, I must apologize for not going on MSN on often. LAZY - DON'T WANT TO GET ADDICTED TO CHATS - MSN IS DISTRACTING - Man, I could think of a 1001 reasons, but anyway, ALSO my MSN in DYING!!! Hm... seems to hang on me once in a while. Dirts.... but, YAY, Bacti exam is over.... Have never so stressed out over an exam ever since I came here. Had to cram in all the different bacteria names, functions, toxins blah blah in 3 days!
Madison is a MAD place... Yes, Sam (if you are reading this), THERE WAS A SNOW STORM ON WEDENSDAY!!!! WHAT THE!!????!!! SNOW IN APRIL??? And how did you know about it anyway? Was there a news report on it? Qing, you dying from Biz Law?? You mean the exam? Ya lor... maybe you dying because of someone else!!! I'll skin you if you don't make time for our outings when I come back man!!! :p Weibin, make a noise... hm, a squeak will do too.. JARED ALSO!!! Dear Rey has been spamming the blog - guys inputs pls. :D
PIKE MARKET

Pike place is famous for chowder, coffee, crazy fishmongers throwing LARGE (and I mean HUGE) fishes (mainly salmons) to one another for deliver.... Too bad I didn't manage to take a picture of one having the fish flying midway in the air. Piroshky Piroshky is a Russian bakery, recommended by most guide books (if you check out the good food places in Seattle) I don't particularly find the bread extremely fantastic... Yes, it it very fancy but IMO, too pricey. Like what, 4 bucks for a piece of dough???? But I've to admit the salmon and spinach roll was really well done. Pike is also home to the FIRST Starbucks coffee joint...

The logo very "obiang" right? heex....
The market's quite big. Consist of a few interconnected buildings, both above and underground, so we practically spent the whole day window shopping, taking pix, and stop by for makan whenever we see anything appealing.

What does this look like? (scroll below for answer)

The walk by the pier was liberating.... The warmth of the sun radiating, coupled with the breezy seaside winds.. Ah, I'm so missing that. Weather's miserable here! :( HAHA...

THIS IS TO WEATHER HERE!!! *ops* :X (pictures: courtesy of Pike Market :) )
till then!
